One of the areas we excelled at is in the selection of our floor plans. For assisted living, MorningStar at Laurelhurst offers multiple options to meet your needs from square footage, to configurations, number of bedrooms and building location. Our cozy studios range in size from 412 to 473 square feet. If you require a bit more space, consider our one-bedroom, one-bath units available in sizes up to 758 square feet. Our largest suites include two-bedroom, one bath or two-bath options ranging from 750 to 905 square feet.       

Each suite comes with a kitchenette with sink and refrigerator; handicap-accessible bathrooms; emergency call systems, private heating & air conditioning; and basic cable TV and utilities. As a resident, you will be treated to weekly housekeeping and laundry and linen services as well as daily spot cleaning and trash removal. 

Our distinct Reflections Neighborhood offers 32 suites devoted to those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. While a secure building, we support and encourage independence through clear wayfinding; and safe, inviting common areas. Memory care residents have use of their own enclosed terrace with strolling paths and raised garden beds for peaceful outdoor activities. Our new SafelyYou technology helps us detect and prevent falls for memory care residents using (AI) Artificial Intelligence (ask us for more information).
