The Benefits of Independent Living

Our community is made up of three buildings, with the newest located on the south end of our campus, offering 49 luxury independent living suites and 54 assisted living suites. The four-story building has suites as large as 1,609 square feet, including three styles of penthouses with fireplaces. All independent suites have kitchens equipped with high-end finishes including granite surfaces, stainless-steel appliances and pantry as well as private balconies. 

With 10’ high ceilings and big windows, our suites offer lots of natural light and feel spacious. Some independent suites have walk-in closets and dressing rooms, or an in-suite stackable washer/dryer closet.

Services designed to allow you the freedom to pursue your interests include weekly light housekeeping and trash removal. Breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch is available as is a la carte dinners in the Arrowstone Restaurant. Other amenities include a coffee shop with barista and juice bar, indoor pool and jetted spa (low chlorine with ozone), games rooms, art studio and more.
